Pinecone uses a pay-as-you-go model, so you only pay for the resources you consume.

Note: Pinecone Support cannot access customer data and cannot delete your account.
To downgrade your account, please follow these steps:
- Remove all Projects/indexes. If you don't have any, you can skip this step.
- Go to your Organization's billing page. (Settings ->Billing)
- Change your plan to the "Starter" tier.
- Confirm the change, and you're done!
All billing will stop immediately once you have downgraded to the Starter tier. You may receive a final bill for any indexes you just deleted.
